Zrii ™ CEO, Bill Farley makes the keynote speech at the Zrii ™ Launch Party

Bill Farley, CEO of Zrii ™ proclaims that Zrii is officially open for business at the Zrii inaugural launch convention on May 22, 2008 at the Salt Palace in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Zrii just celebrated their official grand opening on May 22, 2008 and the Zrii convention was the largest launch in the 70 year history of network marketing.

Bill Farley gave a great story about how surprised even professional long time analysts of the industry were about how important Zrii has become to the network marketing industry in such a short period of time. Bill Farley said “Let me give you a little perspective on just how awesome this beginning of Zrii is. You know recently I was having a conversation with a well respected vendor in the industry.” Bill Farley was referring to Stuart Johnson, owner of SUCCESS Media and publisher of Success Magazine.

Bill Farley continued, “I like him personally and I respect him, and I thought, gee I am going to try out a concept on him. I said to him, Hey, how many people do you think would make for a respectable number of people at our launch? Stewart said, well, you know, a thousand is a pretty terrific number.” Then Bill Farley said, “Well Stewart, what about 2000?” Bill Farley said Stewart replied “Oh my god, 2000, that would be simply terrific”.

Bill Farley then continued, “Ok, then I said, knowing, and having a pretty good feeling of how many people were really going to be here, Ok how about over 3000?"

Bill Farley said that Stewart replied abruptly “Never been done before. Not likely to happen. I’m glad you are thinking big.” Bill Farley then chuckled, and finished telling us what Stewart Johnson said, “But it ain’t going to happen!"

Bill Farley continued, "I said ok Stewart, let’s play this game a little bit more, suppose there were over, OVER 4000, people? Well he said, honestly Bill, I had have to see it to believe it!”

Bill Farley then started to smile and said, “Stewart, look around!” and started to point out at the crowd of well over 4000 people. Actually, the total head count by the conference end was over 4700 people.

Bill Farley went on to talk about how incredible the launch for Zrii has become. He stated that just in May alone, Zrii would be approaching 5 million in sales for the month.

He reminded us that just back in the very first meeting in Salt Lake City in July of 2008 when they first approached the nucleus of people who would start the process of launching Zrii that they only had 26 applicants sign up back then.

As we went from a small meeting of 26 people to a huge meeting of over 4700 people, Bill Farley reminded us that truly the laws of attraction are at work.

One other interesting thing that Bill Farley said in his keynote speech was “On a more personal note, I would like to reaffirm my commitment to you here today in Zrii.

This experience has really really been very very exciting for me. I mean this is really one of the most, I’d say the most exciting, exhilarating, creative, satisfying efforts in my whole business career.”

Bill Farley also made another incredible statement, “I want to make one announcement here, I hope everyone hears it and I might even say it twice”. Bill Farley then paused and said, “I think Zrii will be the fast growing company ever in the history of network marketing to hit one billion dollars and we intend to do within the next 5 years. A billion dollar brand in the next 5 years.”

After the applause subsided, Bill Farley said, “I know! That said, you know, when I first said it to myself the other day, I said wait a second, that’s a pretty bold statement. But I walked into this auditorium a couple nights ago, I looked around and I thought to myself, this ALREADY looks like a billion dollar business.

So, It’s going to be an incredible journey, I want you to fasten your seat belts, I want you to constantly take deep breaths, just in case we go a little fast and you start to say on that fast break that I need to slow up, and we are off and running.’

Finally, Bill Farley closed the address by boldly saying, “I am proud to declare today that Zrii is officially launched and open for business. YES!”

Zrii ™ shatters records with 4700+ people at the Zrii ™ inaugural convention

Wow, Zrii ™ raises the bar yet again with record breaking attendance of over 4700 people at the Zrii Illumination Convention in Salt Lake City on 5/22/08.

Hype, hype, hype! It seems like every where you look in this industry and on the web, you get nothing but hype! It’s gotten to the point where it’s hard to take anyone serious nowadays on the web.

But, for once, let the data itself do the talking. Forget about what I say, rather pay attention to the actions that are talking.

Yes, there really were 4700+ people at the launch party for the
Zrii inaugural convention. But what does 4700 people mean anyways?

Well, by most people’s count, the Network Marketing industry has been in existence for a little over 70 years. In that entire 70 year history, the most people that any company has ever had attend their inaugural launch party was around 2000 people.

So, forget about hype and focus on the facts. Zrii not only beat the world record, but it shattered it. Zrii didn’t just have twice as many, but it had 2.35 times as many people.

Talk about setting the bar! It’s kind of like saying, the world record for running a mile by a human was 3 minutes and 43.13 seconds, and now someone just ran it in 1 minute and 34.9 seconds.

So the first point I want to make, is that by raw data alone, you should sit up and take notice. There is something going on at Zrii. It is your job to figure out just what it is.

Here’s four possible questions you might ask yourself:
1. Do you think it is the fact that Bill Farley, the C.E.O. of Zrii is a proven billion dollar brand maker and he is just doing what he does best by branding Zrii into yet another billion dollar brand?

Bill Farley and Zrii ™ Speech Part 4 of 4.

Part #4 Bill Farley and Zrii ™

As I explained in previous posts Bill Farley is committed to Zrii ™ for 3 main reasons.

For instance, in
Part #1, I explained how fortunate Zrii is to have a CEO like
Bill Farley for his incredible billion dollar branding experience, and for all his extensive business leadership experience too.

In
Part #2, I explained how
Bill Farley is building Zrii because he is passionate about health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition.

In
Part #3, I explained that
Bill Farley’s second big reason to make Zrii successful is that he wants to be a mentor to help others become successful in business too.

But in this 4th and final part about the speech that Bill Farley gave at a Zrii training event in Salt Lake City, Utah, you will find that he is committed to Zrii because he is working on building his legacy.

I first discovered this phenomenon when I took Psychology 101 in college. I remember that Abraham Maslow wrote about what he called people’s hierarchy of needs. If you are not familiar with Maslow’s works, he writes about what motivates people at different stages in their life. The first stage of human motivation is to satisfy our “Physiological” needs (like food, water, shelter, sleep and etc.). Maslow’s theory was that people wouldn’t care about anything else until they first satisfied their physiological needs. Then once they had those needs satisfied, they would move up the hierarchy and start working on their “safety” needs (like employment, health, security of body, and etc.). Then it moves up to “Love and Belonging” needs, and then to “Esteem” needs, and then to the final stage of “Self Actualization”.

I have to admit, when I was just a freshman in college, I found this final stage of "self-actualization" to be a little difficult to relate to. I guess that since I was just a broke college student, who was putting himself through college and trying to live off of a $5.50 an hour part-time job, I guess I was still trying to satisfy my lower level needs and couldn’t quite grasp such higher concepts as philanthropy, and stuff like legacies.

But now that I have started to have considerable success myself, I totally get it and find that I too am working on satisfying these self actualization needs.

Well, Bill Farley now acknowledges that he is starting to get up there in years, and Bill Farley wants to have a lasting impact beyond the amazing stuff he has already accomplished in the business world.

In Bill Farley’s speech about Zrii, Bill Farley finally confesses what his third main reason why he is so committed to make Zrii become a stellar success is. And if you ask me, I think this is actually his strongest motivator as to why he MUST make this big. The reason is that in the past he has only bought existing companies and then turned them into bigger companies. BUT, he has never in the past started a company from scratch. And with Zrii, he is able to take a company from the conception stage all the way to maturity.

Bill Farley put it best when he said, “The point I am making is, to sum it up, it is a very exciting opportunity. I am really blessed that at this point in my career I am doing something that I truly love doing that this is the most important project in my whole business career. This is the most satisfying, the most important project for me”

Bill Farley then paused and asked the audience, “Are those just words? No, because remember why, because I have a passion for health, wellness, and nutrition. I have a passion for business, I have a passion at this stage in my career to help others in business and to help other achieve their dreams and their goals and that makes me feel better. And this is Fun. I mean this is amazing.”

Bill Farley continued, “This is one thing in my business career that I have never done before. You see, I’ve always bought companies. I have never started companies from a blank piece of paper. So think about the sort of, you know if you will, satisfaction that you could have and acquire and knowing that you are a part of, and you all are a part of, creating a culture that we are all so proud of, that isn’t simply, you know, just a product”

Bill Farley then asked, “Do we care about the business? Yes. We care about health, wellness and nutrition. We care about bringing that information to others, benefiting them, benefiting our own families, and in my case it is also extra special because, you know, I am CEO and major majority owner of Zrii.”

Bill Farley then choked up a bit and said, “I really mean this from the bottom of my heart. I am truly thankful for all of your joining in to what is going to become an unbelievable success and something we are all so proud of.

And the final thought that I want to mention is that as this comes together, you know, I have only been introduced to network marketing 3 ½ years ago. And many of you have so much more knowledge and experience as I do in this industry, but I have learned a couple of things. And here is the most important thing that I have learned, is that no matter what you think you’ve got, an endorsement by the Chopra Center, a great product, great branding, great marketing materials, great website, great management team, etcetera.

When you think you’ve got all that stuff, right, when you think you’ve got it all.

What is the single most important ingredient that I just left out?”

Then there was a big pause and then Bill Farley smiled and pointed to the crowd, “ALL of YOU! All of you!”

After the applause, Bill Farley says, “You could have all of that STUFF, and do it really well too, do it really well, but if you don’t have people, field leadership, people committed to using the product, or distributing the product, as an independent business person, then that won’t lead to tremendous success. It won’t lead to something where people will say WOW.

But you folks (the audience, the Independent Executives of
Zrii) are truly amazing, this is a WOW, and I want to thank you and applaud you and applaud yourself.

Thank you so much” and thus Bill Farley concluded the speech that he gave about Zrii.

So, to recap, Bill Farley, CEO of Zrii, is definitely very committed to making sure that Zrii becomes ultra successful. The three main reasons why his ambition with Zrii is a perfect fit for Bill Farley is that:

#1. Bill Farley is passionate about health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition.

#2. Bill Farley is at the later stage in his career where he wants to be a mentor or teacher and help as many others become successful at business too.

#3. Bill Farley wants to leave his legacy in Zrii as being a product that he manifested out of thin air and turned it into the biggest network marketing company on the planet and make it one of the fastest companies to reach one billion dollars in annual sales ever in the history of the world.

And for all of that, I say to Bill Farley, "Show us the way!"

Part #3 Bill Farley and Zrii ™

In the previous post, Bill Farley spoke about one of the three main reasons why Bill Farley is so very passionate about Zrii and why he is committed to making sure Zrii is an incredible success. His first reason was that he is very passionate about health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition and that Bill Farley feels that Zrii is the ultimate vehicle to deliver those four things to the masses.

This next part will explain his second main reason why he is so committed to Zrii - that Bill Farley loves being a mentor.

For instance, Bill Farley continued his speech about Zrii and said, “Now, the other thing I used to always enjoy doing at this stage, at this stage in my career, I like coaching, I like mentoring, and I like teaching.”

Bill Farley then said, “I have had some incredible experiences. I know some of you have heard me say in one year in business, you know you read about success in business, you know he made this, he made that, and it’s quantified in so many dollars. (Pause)

Bill Farley gazed out into the audience and said “There was one year I lost, not made, but lost 300 to 400 million dollars. Let’s say 350 million to make it a round number.” Jokingly, Bill Farley quipped, “Now I know it’s not big numbers to you guys but to me it was a really big number” Then Bill Farley became more serious, and said, “And you know, for about 6 months I literally couldn’t get out of bed. I felt just terrible! I mean I kept saying to myself, how could you have done that? How could you have lost THAT much money? No one loses, no one can lose that kind of money. You know, but you did it, you are very special, you…” (laughter)

After the laughter subsided, Bill Farley said, “But you know, here I was, everyone is always oh gosh, Bill Farley did this or Bill Farley did that. But the reality of it is I am just like everyone else.

And I have my great days like today, being here today with you is a great day for me, and in my career it has gone up and down and I have had days in my career where I couldn’t get out of bed. I thought oh my god I have lost everything; I totally screwed up. Anybody ever felt like that? (laughter)

Bill Farley jokingly asked, “Not just me?”

Then Bill Farley said, “So at this stage in my career, given all this stuff that has happened, you know, knowing presidents, traveling around the world, meeting so many people, being involved in so many businesses, it’s actually uplifting if you will, to be able to talk to some people when they are at a stage early in their career, when they are trying to figure out how to be successful.”

Bill Farley continued, “There is no simple root to being successful, but there are things you’ve got to do to be successful. I hope over the next day or so I hope Jason (Jason Domingo, master distributor of Zrii), you guys will talk about some of those things.

But let me throw out one thing, I hope you have all read the Book ‘Think and Grow Rich’ by Napoleon Hill.

It’s not just about growing rich necessarily financially; it’s about growing rich in all aspects of your life. So there are some fundamentals I like to talk about with people. "

Bill Farley continued, "I’m big on priority. I’m big on priorities. Everyday I create a list of priorities for me. What are my priorities today? What are the key priorities of Zrii?

So my point is “A”, I am doing something right now that I think is pretty exciting and I am very passionate about and that is health and nutrition and wellness, and “B”, is I am in a position as owner of this company, as the founder if you will of this company to assist myself and my family, but also assist you and your family to achieve the kind of dreams that you are all capable of; big dreams. "

Bill Farley continued, "I talk to the co-founders all the time and say ‘Guys this is not going to be a so so company.

This is going to be the most successful network marketing company in the history of network marketing’” (applause).

When the applause subsided, Bill Farley continued and said, “Now is that a big dream or is that a big dream? Alright, but that’s where, and I know, but you could say, well how do you know it?” (pause)

Then Bill Farley continued, “Because I have been around forever (laughter)… and I have a lot of experience, and you kind of see something you know, you say, wow that’s a good deal and you act on it and over a period of years as you start to accumulate that experience you can meet someone (he snaps his fingers) in 30 seconds and know frankly whether they are going to make it or not, or whether they are going to be really successful or not, you know that when you meet people you have an immediate reaction of whether you like them or you don’t like them and whether you think they are sharp or you think they aren’t so sharp.

So, when I was thinking about this liquid nutritional business and the product and how to put that all together, you know, it’s just been building and building and building, and Kirby (Kirby Zenger, Co-founder, and General Manager of Zrii) mentioned you know we went from, well what, 9 months ago there was no product. There was no name. There was no branding. There were no employees. There were no IE’s (IE’s are Zrii Independent Executives).

I mean this is just a weekend training, take a look around (referring to the audience of about 550 people) , we haven’t even officially started the business (referring to the official Zrii launch date is May 22, 2008)

Bill Farley continued, "Companies... companies don’t do this.

So something is registering, right? Something is registering! I mean you are not going to come here, go through all the effort you’ve gone through to get here. Some of you local some of you really far away. I mean you are not going to do that unless you feel something. So I hope that for the next maybe 5 or 6 minutes that I can give you a little sense of what is coming.

And I have to tell you, that even I am kind of sitting back and saying wow.

And things are just happening. They are just happening.

We talk about the stars aligning,

I mean it’s unbelievable. Let me just give you a couple of examples. Now, one of the things we want, is that we want to be able to really deliver for you a great back office and a great replicated web sites and really have a great capability of getting information to you, you using that information, making it as simple as possible.”

Then Bill Farley told us about how six programmers from Seattle have been working on a special project for about 6 years now and then he said, “So, I am going to make you a promise, and I don’t make many promises because often they are so hard to keep, but here is what I am going to promise; When you come to the convention, and we are expecting the biggest inaugural meeting of any company in network marketing history”

Bill Farley paused and then said, “When you come to the convention you are going to say oh my god
First of all this is a multi million dollar convention

As Tracy (Tracy Howard, Co-founder and V.P. of Marketing) says when you folks come to this May convention, it’s going to feel to you right at that meeting, at that very first meeting, you are going to feel like it is already a billion dollar brand”

Bill Farley then proclaimed, “But here’s the promise, here’s the promise, the promise is when we show you what is going to happen to your back office replicated site capabilities, you are going to walk away and say my god, what these guy have delivered, on their first meeting is the best replicated back office replicated website capability in the whole industry in the whole world. How about that?”

Excitedly, Bill Farley said, “There are so many other things that I could tell you about all the developments. For instance the kind of capabilities we have in our management now, the kind of staffing, the kind of marketing materials.

There’s some unbelievable developments occurring in the company right now, you’re just starting see the tip of an iceberg I am not trying to overstate it.

Then Bill Farley told us a funny story about his skeptical son finally taking Zrii for the first time and that his son was surprised at how much he liked it.

Then Bill Farley started talking about the incredible endorsement that Zrii received from the Chopra Center ™. Bill Farley reminded us that Zrii didn’t create the 6000 year history of Ayurveda. That Zrii didn’t have to manufacture Dr. Deepak Chopra’s or Dr. David Simon’s, or the Chopra Center’s ™ reputation.

In part #4, I will reveal the 3rd and final main reason why Bill Farley MUST make Zrii become uber successful.

Bill Farley and Zrii ™ part 2

As I mentioned in Part #1 of this 4 part series Bill Farley, said some very interesting things about Zrii in a meeting I attended in Salt Lake City and I wanted to share them to you. For instance, he told us about how very important Zrii is to him and how this is actually Farley’s most important focus. For instance, to put things in perspective, Bill Farley said that as he has reviewed his incredible past experiences like being part owner of the White Sox or owning the parent company of Fruit of the Loom that at one point employed over 55,000 people, that “it’s been a very interesting business career for me”. But Bill Farley went on to say “And what I am about to tell you I feel with total absolute confidence. This business of Zrii, and this business opportunity of Zrii, and the product Zrii, and all that surrounds this brand, is the most exciting business opportunity that I have ever been associated with.”

Bill Farley continued and said, “So when you look at what I have done, and I don’t mean that in an un-humble way, over this career, as I have looked at so many different businesses and so many different opportunities, I have come to that conclusion.”

There was a slight pause, and Bill Farley continued and said, “So, some of you might be interested in knowing, well why would I say that? Why would I at this stage in my career would I be so confident, so comfortable in saying this is the most exciting business opportunity I have ever been involved with and in my opinion it is the most exciting business opportunity, and product opportunity and brand opportunity that you will have ever seen in your career and may never see again in your career.”

Bill Farley scanned the audience and saw them change their sitting posture and said “Now that’s a pretty bold statement, right? That’s a pretty bold statement! So, let me explain why I think that.”

Then Bill Farley went on to explain that whenever anyone asks him for advice about how to be successful and what not, that he would always say the same thing: “Find something you really love to do.”

For instance, Bill Farley said “Over the years I have owned railroad companies, railroad products, and automotive products.”

Bill Farley then asked, “Do you think I really loved automotive parts?

(pause) No.

Do you think I really loved railroad products?

(pause) No.”

Bill Farley, walked to the other side of the stage and said, “I really loved Fruit of the Loom, because it was a great brand, but you know, underwear is underwear. I won’t check, I won’t check to see what brand you are wearing today. I have given that part of my career up. But anyways, it used to be pretty embarrassing at some of the meetings I ran” (laughter).

Shaking his head, Bill Farley continued, “So first of all, find something you really love to do.

Ok, if you look at my career, there is a very consistent theme in terms of my life and that is an interest in and a passion for health, nutrition and fitness. If you look at when I was running various companies, I would always talk about and put in wellness programs in places like in the Midwest, or at UAW or with the united steelworkers, or wherever, it didn’t matter. I put in gyms, I put in no smoking programs, weight reduction programs, I did it for the people that were working for those companies.”

Then Bill Farley asked, “Why? (pause) Because I know that as an owner, as an employer so to speak, that that was an obligation that I had to make their lives a little bit better, not just a paycheck, but also make their lives a little better.”

Bill Farley then changed his posture and became more pensative and said “For me that was tough, I know that some of you have heard me talk before, or some of you have heard me say that when I was younger my grandma would say, hey Bill, the most important thing in your life is your health, because if you’ve got health, you’ve got everything. I think I told some of you that, you know, I thought it was because we were not so well off as a family and that was her way of making me feel better, not just physically, you know, but making me feel that it was ok, that if you really have your health, then wealth you didn’t need to be concerned about.”

Bill Farley started to pace around the stage and said, “But in reality think about it, if you have great health and you take care of yourself and your family’s, you really are, I mean oh my god, what great gift that is?

Because, you think about. Ok, you could make X dollars or you could make X millions and so forth, but if you are ill, right? If you wake up some morning ill, you don’t care about anything else. Other than you’re ill and you deal with it.”

Bill Farley then said, “So for me health fitness and nutrition was always something that was really really important. I can’t tell you exactly why, but you know I guess it is just part of my DNA, it was part of where my head was.”

Then with great excitement, Bill Farley said “You know, wow, look at Zrii, what is it all about? It’s not just about the product; it’s about health, and nutrition, and wellness and the mind, the body and spirit coming together.

So first of all, now I am doing something that I always had a passion for and that I think is absolutely wonderful.”

In conclusion, Bill Farley said, “So, find something you love to do. So for me health, nutrition, and you know, here we are in Zrii.”

Bill Farley and Zrii ™ part 1

I recently attended a Zrii meeting in Salt Lake City, Utah in February where there were about 550 Zrii Independent Executives in attendance. One of the many speakers from Zrii corporate there was none other than Bill Farley, the majority owner and CEO of Zrii LLC himself.

If you have ever wondered about Bill Farley’s level of involvement with Zrii or if you’ve ever wondered how committed he is to Zrii, then I must encourage you to read on. I’ve got to tell you, that after personally meeting with Bill Farley about Zrii on 3 different occasions (in Chicago, Phoenix, and Salt Lake City), that I am very impressed.

As I have mentioned in previous posts in this Zrii blog, and if you know me personally, you will know that one of the main reasons why I joined Zrii was on account of Bill Farley’s incredible branding experience and skill.

If you don’t know about Bill Farley, he is the guy who is responsible for successfully branding such global billion dollar brands as Fruit of the Loom, BVD, Jordache, Christian Dior, Acme, Gitano, Lucchese, Dan Post Boots, and etc. For instance under his helm as CEO, he took Fruit of the Loom from approximately $500 Million in annual sales to $2.3 Billion. Growth like that simply does not happen by accident; you have to be very talented to achieve a 460% increase in revenues when you reach that multi-billion dollar level of volume.

Not only does Bill Farley have the incredible branding experience, but he has great leadership experience too. For instance, at one point, his company employed over 55,000 employees and they had over 5 Billion dollars in annual revenues. Many of you probably also know that Bill Farley was also even awarded both the coveted Horatio Alger award for distinguished Americans and the White House's Presidential Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence.

So back to why Bill Farley’s branding experience impacted me so much, let me ask you a few questions to see if you see it the same way I did. If you knew that historically speaking that about 80% of all the money that is paid out to the field collectively goes back to approximately the first 125,000 distributors that joined those large billion dollar MLM's, would you rather join an MLM in the beginning or would you rather wait and join after the firm is well established and already has more than 1 million reps?

Next, knowing that approximately 95% of all new network marketing companies go out of business within the first 2 years of starting up do to lack of solid leadership, would you rather join a company that has an experienced leader like Bill Farley, that already knows what it takes to make a billion dollar brand, or, would you rather gamble and join a company that has an unproven leader?

Well, if you answered like I did, you said that you wanted to join a company in the very infancy stages and you would only do so if the product was exceptional and that they had an experienced leader that has already created multiple billion dollar brands in the past. In Zrii I saw that exceptional product, and in Bill Farley, I saw the very experience that would be needed to ENSURE that Zrii would indeed become the next billion dollar brand.

Personally, I didn’t think that I would ever be able to find that powerful combination. I didn’t think that I would ever find a company that was still in its infancy stage (right now there are still less than 25,000 reps in Zrii) and where I could be 100% certain that any efforts that I put into the company would be guaranteed to pay off handsomely. However, luckily I was blessed to find that opportunity in Zrii and the mere fact that you are reading this post you are too.

When business mogul Bill Farley personally interviewed the top 25 people that had made the cut in the tough screening process, only 4 of them were selected to launch Zrii. In these times of the holidays, I hope you will take time away from all of your worries, stress and challenges of all types; away from the thoughts of all of your accomplishments and accolades, and your desires to achieve those things; away from bitterness and resentment, and the longing for dreams yet unrealized; away from the planning of great things you will do in the future, and your regrets for all of your shortcomings in the past... and STOP... and instead focus on your friends and family.

I hope you will stop and appreciate ALL that is around you and to give thanks for love and life and faith and mercy and the fellowship of family and friends - old and new - for it's not good to be alone. I hope you can find it in you to appreciate ALL things and ALL situations (positive or negative). For it is sometimes easy to forget in the present how greatly you will benefit down the road from all of your negative experiences too. Please cherish both the positive AND the negative experiences, for it is the combination of the two that make us great and whole.

I want you to know that I appreciate YOU. Why is DURING the holidays a great time to join Zrii?

Well, aside from many of the other reasons, there is one special advantage you could gain by joining Zrii now, rather than waiting until after the holidays. You see, January, February, and March are historically always the best months for network marketing (MLM) companies. This is because many people are coming off of new years resolutions to do something new. Many people see the new year as a fresh clean slate to change past errors and do something constructive to move forward in life. By joining Zrii now, you will get a jump start on everyone else and be able to move ahead of the rest. So, when all of the newer people join Zrii in January, February, and March, you could have them joining Zrii up underneath you instead of you joining Zrii underneath them.

There is a reason why guys like Warren Buffet, one of the richest guys on the planet and arguably one of the best investors in the world, are sticking their fingers in this industry. Warren Buffet is buying into several network marketing firms and he reportedly claims that they are the smartest investment ever. There is a reason why guys like Donald Trump or Robert Kiyosaki are also saying that network marketing is one of the best ways to get into business. For instance, Donald Trump was recently asked during an interview what he would do if he lost everything and had to start again from scratch. His reply: he would find a good network marketing company and get to work. Some of the audience laughed, and he said: "that's why I'm sitting up here and you're down there". Or consider what Robert Kiyosaki, author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad, was quoted as saying: "If I had to do it all over again, rather than build an old style type of business, I would have started building a network marketing business." He wasn't kidding either, for he is now actively even promoting an MLM that he is part owner of.

Like I said, there is a reason why network marketing is starting to become main stream and the reason is that the tide has finally started to turn and it is now a respectable avenue for people from the corporate world to start joining. Take my personal experience as an example: over the past 3 years, as President, CEO, and Co-founder, I literally made my companies millions of dollars and I too have decided to join network marketing.

It is estimated that more than 50% of Americans will be involved in network marketing or home based businesses within the next 10 years. The industry is starting to move out of the obscurity it had in the 50's and 60's and more into the mainstream for the new millennium. That leaves a very very large untapped market.

What turned my head and convinced me to join Zrii was when business mogul, Bill Farley, who was responsible for creating such billion dollar brands as Fruit of the Loom, Christian Dior, BVD, Luchesse, Dingo, Acme, Gitano, Jordache Jeans, and Dan Post Boots, and who is part owner in the Chicago White Sox, started up the company, Zrii. I saw a leader that new how to take various consumables and take successfully brand them into very identifiable and recognizable name brands. It's one thing for a guy like Donald Trump to make his billions in real estate, but it is another thing to take a consumable and turn it into a product that consistently has over a billion dollars in annual sales. Products do NOT become billion dollar brands by accident.

True to form, Bill Farley has started to build the company as if the product was already a billion dollar brand. This is very evident when you see the incredible packaging they are using, when you see the high caliber marketing they are doing, when you hear about the incredible product formulation that they came up with (the synergistic blending of amalaki, haritaki, schizandra, jujube, tulsi, turmeric, ginger, and other antioxidants), when you see the management team they are attracting, when you find out that they got an endorsement from the Chopra Center for Wellbeing (which was founded by Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon), and the list goes on and on.

The way I saw it was like this: this company would become a billion dollar brand whether I actually got in the business or not. So, since timing is such an added benefit when it comes to being in network marketing, I decided to take action and join Zrii right away.

Consider this point, according to Tyler Daniels, who is one of only 3 people on the planet that is front line to Jason Domingo, the master distributor for Zrii, typically 80% of the money that network marketing firms pay back to their distributors goes to the first 125,000 people that get in the company. As of last week, we are at about 8,000 people in the company right now. You need to understand the power of being able to join Zrii at the virtual ground floor. However, when you consider what industry experts are saying about Zrii, it looks like Zrii will more than surpass the Billion Dollar mark, and perhaps even do it in record time. For instance, the Network Marketing Business Journal is quoted in their December 2007 publication as saying "at its present growth rate could easily exceed DOUBLE what XanGo accomplished. That would put Zrii on track to be the faster company to ever hit a billion in the direct sales industry HISTORY and possibly of ANY INDUSTRY."

So, considering Zrii's phenomenal early success in the United States and Canada, it would only seem plausible that they will have similar successes when they start to expand globally. I don't see any legitimate reason why we won't have over 5,000,000 independent executives and preferred customers in Zrii within record time. Think about it; you could join Zrii now when there are less than 9000 people involved, and then see it blossom to well over 5,000,000. Wow, I just got back from a packed standing room only meeting for Zrii in downtown Phoenix Arizona. There were over 400 people in attendance and it was officially the second largest Zrii meeting besides the Pre-Launch kick off that was held this past October in Chicago (I was also in attendance at that event too.)

Amongst the many speakers, like Tyler Daniels, Jason Domingo, Thurl Bailey of the Utah Jazz, Kirby Zenger, Clinton McKinlay, Curtis Call, Ryan Thompson, Tracy Harward, the one that stood out the most was Bill Farley. But his advice was this, and he claims he learned from the Tom Hanks' movie Castaway. #1, "You've got to keep breathing. Oxygen is important." He then chuckled and said it may sound like really silly advice, but he recanted, "seriously, you need to keep breathing." What he was alluding to was that no matter how bad or how dark it gets, you need to keep plugging away at it.

Then #2, "When you go through the tough times, you have to start something. You need to regain the passion and the excitement; you've got to turn it around. For example, start exercising; it will change your physiology. You need to alter your outlook. Find something else and move on."

Well, that was how the meeting went. I've got to admit, I am excited that we have in our founder and CEO someone who is passionate about ensuring that this product succeeds no matter what. The nobody wants to live to be 140 years old PARADOX

The PARADOX of why no one wants to live to be at least 140 years old.

Whenever I ask an audience, “Who wants to live to be at least 60 years old?”, they usually unanimously all raise their hands. Then what I do is to gradually increase the age in the question. Like, I might say something like “Ok, great, looks like everyone raised their hands”. Then I will rapidly start increasing the age like this, “Ok, how about 70 years old?” and I will pause to scan the audience to see if anyone drops out. Then in rapid fire succession I will ask “Hmmm, 80?,,, 90?,,, How about 100 years old?”. Usually some of the audience has dropped out by now. But what is very fascinating is that by the time I get up to the question “Who wants to live to be 140 years old?”, rarely does anyone raise their hand to say yes.

It’s kind of a paradox at first. I mean think about it, everyone has this strong survival instinct inside of us that tells us to do whatever it takes to survive and stay alive. It is the same instinct that triggers the “fight or flight” instinct. It is the same thing that keeps us from committing suicide and I guess it is also the little voice in our head telling us to exercise in the morning and what not.

To illustrate the instinct, I tell the audience that I have a great plan; that I wanted to have everyone here walk outside with me and we will all pile in my SUV. Then, I tell them that the plan is this: we are going to get it up to about 130 miles per hour, we are going to run all of the stop lights, and then we are going to make our way to the freeway and go down the wrong side of the freeway until we get into a fiery head on collision. Then I ask, “Who here would sign up for that field trip?”

Obviously, everyone declines my invitation.

So, HERE'S THE PARADOX, everyone will do whatever it takes to stay alive, but yet at the same time, nobody wants to live to be 140 years old. And I then explain to them that guys like Sigmund Freud, or even motivational speakers like Anthony Robbins all state that there are just TWO reasons why we do anything, and I literally mean anything. It’s referred to as the “Pleasure Principle”. In a nutshell, the first reason why we do anything is for the GAIN OF PLEASURE. We love pleasure. I mean, why do you think it is that we eat that triple scoop ice cream cone even though we know that it may not be the best for our waist line? That’s right, to gain pleasure.

Think of little kids, when you ask them if they want to do something. You see them running the scenario through their brain trying to determine if it is going to be “fun” or not. And then if they think it will be fun, they will say yes. And if they think it will be boring, they will quickly say no.

Well, I said there were two reasons and the 2nd reason why we do something is to AVOID PAIN. Actually, what is interesting to note is that many researchers have shown time in and time out, that avoiding pain is actually a stronger motivator than gaining pleasure is. In fact, it is estimated that avoiding pain is 2 to 3 times stronger of a motivator than it is to gain pleasure.

So, the answer comes down to our paradigms. Most of us seem to have this paradigm, which is an inherited idea derived from experience, that is unconsciously telling us that there will be more PAIN associated with living to be 140 than the PLEASURE that we will derive from it.

Then I ask the audience, “So, what’s up with all this pain that we unconsciously associate with old age? I mean think about it, we are in an information age. You know, we’ve got computers, TV, the Internet, movies, newspapers, and we are bombarded with news reports about such ailments as arthritis, Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, hip replacements, cancer, high blood pressure, strokes, heart disease, diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, osteoporosis, and the list goes on. Besides the media, since many people are living longer, we are getting more 1st hand eye witnessing of these too. I mean back in the middle ages, the average life span was not much more than 25 years old. Now, it’s pushing, what, 80 or so. But now we are surrounded by a lot more old people, and I think it might just be that we hear so many of them complain. In fact, I don’t think I can count on both hands how many times older people have told me to “cherish my youth” and to “never get old”.

“Basically, the bottom line is this, and you yourselves proved it by your answers to not wanting to live to be 140 years old, most normal people equate old age to PAIN.

So, like I brought up in the 130 mph car field trip, there is a very super strong innate instinct inside all of us to stay alive. It’s the thing that causes the fight or flight mechanism to go off inside us. It prevents most of us to not commit suicide or to not put ourselves in unreasonable risks.

BUT, sometimes, there are outside forces that are greater than this very powerful instinct. And again, there is nothing else to explain it other than that the vast majority of the population equates old age to pain. And that fear of pain is so strong that it can literally cancel out the hugely powerful instinct to stay alive. Isn’t that incredible?

So, to illustrate my point, let me re-ask the question again, but phrase it a little differently. How many of you would want to live to be 140 if I could guarantee you 3 big things. First off that you will be 100% free of pain, or any serious ailment. Sure, you might still get the occasional cold every once and a while, but that you would be free of any serious ailment. This promise of health would also include that you would be of complete sound mind, and have no dementia, or memory loss or anything worse than what you currently have now. Besides that, what if I could guarantee the 2nd thing, wealth? So much wealth that would have enough money in your bank account to live the life style that you desire. And lastly, what if I could guarantee you the 3rd thing, that you would be happy, perhaps even happier than you are now?

If I could guarantee you all these 3 things, who here, now, would want to live to be 140 years old?”

What is interesting is most everyone raise there hands. For those that don’t, I say “to those few of you out there that didn’t raise your hand, let me sweeten the pot, in addition to Health, Wealth, and Happiness, what if included a guarantee that the world will still be a place that you want to live in? That we aren’t living in a post nuclear holocaust or anything like that. So, again, who here, that previously said no to living to be 140, would be willing to raise their hand?

And so far to date, everyone has raised their hands and said they indeed would want to live to be at least 140.

Then I tell them that reason I’ve gone off on this tangent is that I have something very exciting that I want to share with them. And the reason why I am excited about it is many fold. But the first reason is that I think I have found a way to inch them closer to being able to get to that 140 and still have at least 3 of those 4 promises in place. The 3 that this opportunity can help with is being Healthy, Happy, and Wealthy, however, the promise about the world still being a nice place to live in is somewhat outside of our control.

Again, I didn’t say I’d get you to 140, but I really believe that I found something that will help, me personally, to get closer to that goal that I have of living to be at least 140 and still being healthy, wealthy, and happy.

Here’s the thing, as I continue to read medical research, I keep coming to the conclusion that a lot of the bad, ugly stuff we face in the future as we get older, like cancer, heart disease, strokes, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, strokes, and etc. ALL appear to start off with a single common link.

What is that link you ask?

It is the oxidation of the cells turning into free radicals.

That’s it; Free Radicals. Because we breathe air, there is simply no avoiding the production of free radicals. Now, perhaps many of you are asking yourself, what exactly is a free radical? And until I started doing my extensive research, I too had the same question.

Free radicals are highly reactive and unstable molecules that lack an electron. So, because they lack an electron, it leaves them unbalanced and in a positively charged state. Because they are unbalanced, they will do whatever it takes to gain back the missing electron. When free radicals come into contact with other cells, they try to steal the electrons they need, which causes oxidation damage and in return creates even more free radicals in their wake. When cells are attacked by free radicals, the excess oxidation can damage or kill the cells. And if the previously healthy cell doesn’t die off, it too can become a free radical itself. It’s a really destructive process, and it is kind of like a snowball effect because free radicals can actually start a chain reaction of even more free radicals being formed.

Free radicals have been strongly implicated in such bad pathological conditions as heart disease, premature aging, respiratory problems, and cancer. It is reported that the massive cellular damage caused by free radicals can be responsible for causing or accelerating many diseases. You see, when the body is in a normal healthy state, the formation and destruction of cells is normally balanced. But, during aging process and when pathological conditions are present, the formation of free radicals markedly increases and cell destruction tends to dominate.

But here is the good news. Antioxidants are the things that can combat free radicals. You see antioxidants are cells that have spare negative electrons that will gladly give them to the many free radicals that are in pursuit of them. So, the antioxidants act as a neutralizer that cures the free radical of it destructive pursuits.

I then tell them about the joke that Dr. David Simon, a co-founder with Dr. Deepak Chopra of the Chopra Center ™ , told us the other day in our pre-launch kick off for Zrii at the Navy Pier Ballroom in Chicago. He said something like this: “one day, two molecules bumped into each other. The other one noticed that his old friend no longer looked normal and that he was obviously troubled by something.

Concerned, the friend asked, is everything ok? The troubled molecule said, ummm, I think I am missing an electron. The other friend said, hmm, wow, that’s not good, are you sure? The other molecule said, “I’m positive”.

Ok, so maybe it wasn’t all that funny, but I chuckled at it.

Ok, so back to the reason why I am so very excited, and it revolves around a single fruit, that is about the size of a golf ball. This fruit is called Amalaki and it is a very unique fruit indeed. It grows on a tree at about 5000 feet in elevation at the base of the Himalayas.

The Amalaki fruit has a very long recorded history. It dates back over 5000 years where we see them talking about it in old Sanskrit texts in India. In India, they have a holistic medical system called Ayurveda. In Ayurveda there are about 10,000+ herbs and plants and fruits and vegetables that make up a healing system for them. And out of the 10,000+ components, Amalaki seems to be one of the top 10 most important ingredients in the system.

Amalaki is so essential to their system, that they even have a holiday in November, that falls on the first full moon, where everyone goes out to an Amalaki tree and have a picnic underneath it to give gratitude to it for all that it does for them.

To put it in perspective, most of us know what vitamin C is. And here in the Western world, I think that the first thing we think of when we say vitamin C is that we think about Oranges. Well, the Amalaki fruit is considered by many to being the most potent source of vitamin C on the planet. This small fruit has so much vitamin C in it that it reportedly has 20 times more vitamin C in it than what you would find in a large orange. Well, one thing you have to understand is that Vitamin C, amongst other things, is a powerful antioxidant.

Of their own accord, Sri (Zrii), the Goddess of auspiciousness, the vedas (knowledge) and vak (excellent speech) attend on him in their godly forms.”

Now I am not going to say that drinking 1 to 3 ounces of this a day will be the cure all. And I am not saying that Zrii will cure anything. I think we all understand to get the most out of our bodies, we must combine a healthy and active lifestyle with proper nutrition if we want to combat this health crisis.

I tell the audience that it actually was exciting that very few wanted to live to be 140, because now I know that I have something that could help most of them.

The way I see it, the modern American diet is a deadly cocktail suited for the onset of many diseases, especially that of heart disease. Whether it is that most of us eat too much or the fact that most of the foods that we do eat nowadays are too fatty, sugar-laden or simply just full of useless simple carbohydrates.

What’s just as bad is that even when we do eat healthy foods, we don’t derive as much benefit from them nowadays as we once did. You see, nowadays, on account of soil depletion and synthetic fertilization, today’s fruits and vegetables contain far less nutrition in them than what they contained even just 60 years ago.

Take heart disease as an example. According to the article “The Heart of the Matter” from the November 2007 issue of “Breakthroughs in Health”, heart disease is now thought to be caused by “the accumulation of cholesterol and fatty plaques on the inner walls of the arteries that supply the heart muscle. Heart attacks and chest pain are the symptoms of this disease and occur when the heart muscle does not receive enough blood flow. Experts now believe that inflammation, fatty foods, poor nutrition, toxins, and FREE RADICALS are at the root of this fatty buildup. Impurities and free radicals attack healthy tissues in the arteries and cause serious damage, which the body attempts to repair by coating damaged tissues in a protective layer of fatty cholesterol deposits. This cycle of damage and repair results in the build up of fatty plaques that clot blood vessels and restrict normal blood flow.”

The magazine goes on to say that “Stroke is cause by a similar process in the arteries of the brain. Those fatty plaques or blood clots break apart and become lodged in the brain, blocking blood flow and causing often irreparable brain damage.”

It seems that high blood pressure is a warning sign of heart problems. It is high because of all the restricted blood flow, which creates a higher pressure if you will. By cleansing the blood and keeping the cells healthy, you prevent the kind of damage that leads to the buildup of fatty plaques.

And if what they say about antioxidants are true, then it seems that a regiment of an antioxidants could be the first step to giving your body the nutrition it need to avoid all that cellular damage that starts the fatty build up of plaque. Remember, antioxidants have remarkable free radical scavenging abilities. And the good news is that Zrii is loaded with nutrients and antioxidants.

Think of it this way. Your body can heal itself. If you don’t believe me, think about every time you get cut. Many people have asked me why I got involved with a network marketing (MLM) firm at this stage in my business career. They know that as president over the past few years that I have literally made my companies millions of dollars and they now ask me why am I selling a health juice.

They say to me, Why a juice? Why Zrii? Why now?

Well, let me tell you a little about my story. It all started on 9/25/07 when I started getting a lot of emails from my Realtor, Jeff in Anthem AZ.

The very next day, I got involved with something that I swore I would never get involved with again. The reason I swore I would never get involved with an MLM, is because I assumed there was no way it could ever pass ALL 5 of my tough requirements.

When Jeff approached me, I was very apprehensive at first. He told me about this new product that he was involved in and how I could literally get in at the ground floor. I had already blown off his first two emails the day before, and that mistake could have cost me big time. By the time he sent me his 3rd email the following morning, I figured I would go ahead and actually read it before I hit the delete key yet another time.

After reading a little of his pitch, I noticed that I changed my sitting posture and started reading with more intensity. I went to the website, and after a few minutes I got Jeff on the phone, and said, “So, what’s the scoop on this Zrii thing?”

I could tell in his voice that we were onto something big. I looked into it deeper and literally within 5 minutes of talking to him the second time, I was signed up. Again, I swore I would never get into something like this ever again. The whole irony of the thing is that in a company meeting, just the day before that, I was even making fun of the very type of thing I joined. And I have that 5 minute blurb from my 1 ½ hour meeting on tape to prove it.

OK, so you are probably asking yourself, “OK, Douglas, what are you talking about?”

You see, I get approached by a lot of people for various different business ideas all the time and I scrutinize them all very carefully. Rarely do any of them warrant me spending more time on them than a mere quick glance at them, before I ultimately turn them down. In order for me to get involved, I have to be able to see a REALISTIC and PROBABLE way to make at least 7 figures on the venture, or I won’t waste my time on it. HOWEVER, this product and opportunity got me really excited really quick.

The first thing that caught my attention was the people who were backing this product.

The main owner of the company, Zrii L.L.C., is William Farley. He’s the uber successful entrepreneur businessman that is a part owner of the Chicago White Sox. He’s the guy who turns brands into major billion dollar players. Like for instance, under his ownership and at his helm, he took Fruit of the Loom from $500 million dollars in annual sales to around 2.3 BILLION dollars in annual sales in a relatively short time frame. He worked on branding other brands like Jordache, Christian Dior, Gitano, Dingo, BVD, Luchese, Dan Post Boots, Acme Boots, and etc.

The other company backing this product that caught my eye was the Chopra Center for Wellbeing, which was co-founded by Dr. Deepak Chopra and David Simon. The Chopra Center for Wellbeing has never before endorsed a 3rd party’s product until now. They are wholeheartedly endorsing Zrii, which is a very huge and coveted endorsement.

The next thing that caught my attention was the actual product itself. It is a juice that was formulated around the Amalaki Fruit. I don’t know if you know this, but the Amalaki Fruit reportedly has the highest concentration of vitamin C in it than any other plant, berry or fruit on the planet. It has so much in it, that this small golf ball sized fruit has 20 times as much vitamin C in it as that of a large orange. Its recorded history dates back over 5000 years in the Indian Sanskrit text of their old holistic Ayurveda medicine field. They call Amalaki the “Nurse” and “The Great Rejuvenator”.

Farley’s team spent over a year coming up with the perfect formulation, one that even the Chopra Center for Wellbeing couldn’t refuse to turn down. Amongst many things, it is extremely high in antioxidants and is in a synergistic blend with 6 other key ingredients like Turmeric, Ginger, Tulsi, Jujube, Haritaki, and Schizandra. Each of those key ingredients all come together to form the most important and exciting liquid nutritional products to ever hit the market. They even mixed in such well known important juices like pomegranate and cranberry juice too. The stuff tastes great too!

The 4th component I saw was a very lucrative payment structure that could in a reasonable time frame help me accomplish one of my goals that keeps coming up,,, to have a separate passive million dollar a year income stream that does not need my constant and continuous involvement. For instance, I love to travel. I was out of town for about 4 months total in 2005 and I loved it. You know, like a 3 week trip to Europe, cruises, skiing, stints on exotic beaches, and what not. However, I noticed that every time I was gone for more than a week, my companies would suffer. So, I decided that I needed to eventually find something that would continue to thrive and even grow in my absence. I wanted to create something that was bigger than me so that it could sustain itself on its own. I figured I would have to spend time on it during its infancy stages, but I wanted something that would sustain itself later on. And I found just the vehicle in Zrii.

The final 5th component, actually, the most important one of all, was that I thought that I would never want to get involved in a MLM (multi level marketing) business, because I always figured that “the only people who ever make any real money at it are the people who get in at the ground floor.”

Well, I found a product that indeed got me in at nearly the ground floor. I am so highly placed in this brand new company, that I am only 8 levels from the top. Again, this isn’t any ordinary company,,, rather this is a company that will satisfy your 5 tough requirements too.

The most exciting part about this is that Zrii is still in its “Pre-Launch” state and it just started on 10/1/07. It’s kind of like a landlord letting you rent out some office space in a building before it is completed. It's like they are still putting up the drywall and getting ready to lay down the flooring. Sure, there might be sawdust floating around and they might have to temporarily cut the electricity from time to time, but we are literally all in this company at the proverbial ground floor.

The reason why I was blessed to get in so early, is that when Bill Farley hand picked the 3 people that were going to launch this billion dollar brand, he picked a guy in Canada. He also picked a guy in Iowa. And, lastly, he picked a guy in Arizona. Luckily he knew people who knew people, who knew people who knew me.

Understand one thing, I wouldn’t have joined this company if I didn’t wholeheartedly believe in this opportunity. I don’t normally pitch anything outside of real estate. But this is something that I wanted to share with everyone.
